Larah Roberts: Operations Director
Larah Roberts (pronounced like Sarah with an L) is excited to bring to her role as Director of Operations over 20 years of experience in leading teams, managing programs, and implementing strategic initiatives from her time as an entrepreneur, in addition to her roles on church and nonprofit ministry staffs. As a mother of three, including a son with autism, Larah’s passion for disability ministry is deeply personal. Along with her husband Collin, Larah co-authored the book "How to Advocate and Stay Christian," offering support and guidance to parents of special needs children. Larah also encourages parents on her podcast and Instagram at @RaisingAutisticDisciples. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, road trips, thrifting finds, enjoying coffee with friends, and being a WNBA fan.
Beth Golik: Ministry director
Beth has the privilege of connecting and consulting with churches and ministry leaders in her role as Ministry Director. She hosts Key Ministry’s monthly Idea Share and the Disability Ministry Video Roundtable for church leaders across the country and is a co-host for Key Ministry: The Podcast. Beth also serves as the Director of Disability Engagement at Bay Presbyterian Church in suburban Cleveland and is a founding member of the Disability Ministry Network board of directors. She has a passion for connecting people to resources through networking and relationship building.
Catherine Boyle: Director of Mental Health Ministry
Catherine has been impacted by mental health issues her entire life, including her own struggles with anorexia, bulimia, anxiety and depression. Catherine has led and started various ministries, all focused on eating disorders and mental health issues. Prior to working in ministry, Catherine served as an executive at a large U.S. bank. Catherine has been interviewed for her ministry work on radio, television and in online magazines. Catherine earned a BBA in Accounting and an MBA, is married to husband Barney, and has two adult children.
Elaina Marchenko: social media manager
Elaina is a recent graduate of Wheaton College, with a Bachelor's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies, along with a certificate in the Human Needs and Global Resources program. She spent 6-months in Mexico city working as an intern at a women's home for women living off the streets in Mexico. She is passionate about holistic care, disability ministry, theology, and community-based transformation. She has three younger sisters, two of whom have special needs and who sparked this passion in her from an early age.
